Shipping & Returns

Shipping

For small prints (books/zines/art prints up to A4) we use DHL Warenpost (packages are processed like letters; usually 1–2 days within Germany, 3–7 days within Europe), for bigger packages we use DHL — all our packages are tracked and insured.

Shipping varies from 3,00€ to 25,00€, depending on the size of your order and where you live. Please contact us for bulk order.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
Speckstraße 87, Hamburg, 20355, Germany.
Please note: We do not reimburse occuring shipping costs for returns and we do not accept registered packages (eingeschriebene Pakete).

If your return is accepted, we’ll notify you via e-mail. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item and we'll find a solution (or re-send the order if necessary). If the package is clearly damaged, please take a photo of it before opening it! Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom prints. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards!

Exchanges

Please wait before ordering the another item as an exchange until we have contacted you (if you already e-mailed us about a return).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via e-mail!
